The Beatles After the Beatles
Mike is currently developing this course, which will discuss each Beatle's solo career after 1970. Information will include albums, hit songs, milestone concerts and personal information for John, Paul, George and Ringo. This Internet course will be launched at ASU in the Spring of 2009.

Chris Champion
One of Arizona's best jazz guitarists.

Chick Corea
Chick does it all: piano, arranging, composing. He also handles many styles so well - Jazz, Latin, Pop - that he's hard to pin down. He is one of Mike's main influences.

Nickel Creek
The fantastic “newgrass” group features Chris Thile (vocals, mandolin), Sean Watkins (vocals, guitar) and Sarah Watkins (vocals, violin). Their three group albums are musical groundbreakers.

James Kass
Trumpeter and arranger Jim Kass has been a friend for many years, and maintains an informative website.
